Strong Gal is an advanced gym program, for experienced lifters.
Only purchase this program if you have been consistently resistance training for the last 12 months, and are experienced and comfortable with barbell exercises such as hip thrusts, deadlifts, squats, bench press & overhead press.
If not, we'd advise purchasing another Eat Like Ruby training program here.
